"Miss Letty Leppan" of Kimberley donated many insects to the Albany Museum, Grahamstown, during 1892. She was presumably either Miss Letitia Hasley Leppan, then aged 37, daughter of George Leppan and his wife Sarah Webb, and an aunt of Lilian L. Leppan*, or Letitia Harriet Leppan, born in 1858, who died on 2 July 1929.
